Inches LOST!!!

So sorry for the belated post. This last week has been super chaotic! But no worries... the post is up!! :))
Today is day 25!! Can you believe it!! Day 25!! Whoa! Exciting!! I feel absolutely wonderful!! My clothes fit great, my attidude is positive and my muscles are stronger!! It's paying off ;)

Today I did Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. I love these two workouts very much.

As far as "weight" results, I haven't lost any weight (besides the weight from the 2-day fast I did). Other than that, I haven't lost a pound!! BUT! I do know that I have gained muscle... it shows. So i'm not worried about the weight loss..... YET!! ;))

As far as "inches"... now that is an obvious. My jeans are fitting sooo much better. I've been getting alot of compliments this past week. Even though the weight didn't drop off, the inches have decreased, and the inches are where the most obvious results show. I feel great!! And honestly, I feel like I have lost weight... only because of the way my clothes are fitting.

I have one week left in the Burn Phase and then i'm on to Push Phase. So result pics from my first 30 days are coming!! woo hoo!!!!

Anyone Else doing the Burn Phase right now and are about to graduate into the Push Phase within a week or two? Want to share results pics? :)))

Congratulations Malynda! Those are awesome results. You know it already but I'll say it to you again... MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT - so as you're building muscle you could actually even gain some weight on the scale, but meanwhile your body is getting smaller and stronger. So, it's nothing to be concerned about.

In fact, the best way to dictate your success when you're body is in a transition mode like this, i.e. you're changing your body composition, is by how you look, feel, and fit into your clothing. Once you get to your goal shape and size, THEN you can start monitoring it on the scale from time to time to stay on course.

Keep up the awesome work! I'm heading to the gym and will think of you while I'm sweatin' it out!

I also started the Push Phase today and LOVE it. It hurts so good! Didn't see much change during the Burn Phase,,, can't wait to see what's in store at the end!
