P90X Week 4 Video

Just completed week 3 of P90X and now I'm going into the 4th week which is a REST week. Two days of Yoga, Kenpo, Cardio, Core Synergistics and two rest days (stretch).

You go girl! Don't worry about the yoga part. The first hour is tough but then it gets easier. I LOVE yoga so I didn't mind. I did alternate with my own DVD's sometimes just so I wouldn't get bored.

I agree... get through the first 500 upward and downward dogs and then it's all a piece of cake! he he he... I love the stretch I feel throughout the workout and how great my energy feels afterwards :))
