Yep!!! Another VLOG!! :))

HELLOOOO!!!!!!! Day 26!! I'm seriously soo dang proud of myself for sticking to it!! WOW!! what a great feeling to be accomplishing such an amazing goal (to get in shape).

I made a little treat for all of you!!! Because I LOVE you all so much and know that you all just absolutely LOVE watching me!!! He he he he... ok!! ok!! the program is giving me a big head lately... LOL. I made the video pretty much so that I don't have to sit here and TYPE!! he he...

P.S. I've been asked about my range of weights that i'm using... I use between 5lbs and 25lbs.

yeah!!! strong!! he he he... it's mostly when i do my squats and my abs... lower part of the body. upper maxes out at 15-20 ;)
